Have you ever wondered if tea is good for your health?I think that most of you prefer coffee than tea but you should try tea too..So let me tell you the benefits of drinking tea..
Tea is anything that comes from the tea plant - varieties include green tea,black tea,white tea and oolong tea!But make sure that your "tea" is real tea!
So the benefits of tea are the following:
ELIMINATE BODY FAT
Antioxidants called catechins are highest in green tea and found in low doses in black tea.Catechins act as "fat blockers" especially of abdominal fat!
REDUCES STRESS LEVELS
If you are a stressful person like me I think this will help you!Studies found that especially black tea helped in reducing levels of the stress hormones in study participants!
